When you buy Be Sweet yarn, good karma will come to you. Not only is the yarn a boon to your stash craving, its purchase will benefit a group of Xhosa women who live in rural South Africa. Be Sweet founder, Nadine Curtis, reports that the business employs women in this depressed area and donates a part of Be Sweet proceeds to the local school. The women spin and dye 100 percent baby mohair in six different textures and a large array of delicious colors.
